Join us in our Philadelphia office as a part-time Training Associate to provide administrative support within the department and for maintaining the day to day activities, and services to meet the requirements, and support the ancillary divisions within the company. 

 

This role is scheduled for 16 hours per week during regular business hours, ideally scheduled across a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will

  • Create, co-ordinate, and maintain department training calendar for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and implement maintenance of filing systems as required. Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
  • Order supplies, update mail/phone directories for trainers and meetings.
  • QC, printing and sending of training documents for in-person trainings.
  • Liaison regarding contract documentation within the departments.
  • Assisting to control ETD training costs through processing expense reports.
  • Organize non-study specific trainings for clients. Along with internal trainings for the ETD department.
  • Handle organizational communications between management and staff of the Education and Training Department.
  • Implement, coordinate, contribute and assist with other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have

  1. Baccalaureate, associate’s degree from a University or Technical College with an emphasis in the biological sciences desired or equivalent experiential activity.
  2. Essential to have excellent verbal and written communications skills and knowledge of customer service satisfaction practices helpful.
  3. Experience in standard office tools, such as MS Office and/or GSuite applications, specifically word processing, spreadsheet, and database.
