Our Administrative Assistant role enhances the overall effectiveness of ERT by providing administrative and secretarial support for key members of the organization. In addition, performs varied duties such as financial record keeping, international travel arrangements, and coordination of meetings and conferences (including seeing to video and audio technical needs). Assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Performs special projects as needed.
