Reporting to the Director, Marketing Communications, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting promotional programs across a variety of channels (including traditional, web-based and digital communications), assisting with industry and ERT-produced events; and producing sales support materials for existing services and new launches. The successful candidate will be able to deftly balance multiple projects and priorities, has strong project management and communications skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly collaborative environment.




  • Provide support for Marketing activities such as developing collateral, creating presentations, executing campaigns, coordinating creative development, etc.
  • Perform desktop publishing duties such as updating/creating marketing flyers, brochures, emails, digital ads, etc.
  • Compile/manage graphic files as needed; maintain creative libraries and various document repositories
  • Support campaign execution, including list management and segmentation, email creation and distribution, and dynamic content and scripting
  • Assist with gathering and maintaining a database of customer testimonials and related collateral
  • Help create and proof collateral pieces, direct mail and advertisements
  • Support departmental operations, including entering/cataloging vendor invoices, creating production timelines, and supporting the event planning process for ERT and industry events
  • Update corporate website current with regular postings related to ERT news and events, case studies and videos, and other marketing content and programs
  • Maintain strong and effective relationships with vendor partners. Coordinate project details, productions timelines, cost estimates, and final deliverables
  • Work with internal data systems to extract mail files, analyze campaign results, and prep initial results for internal/customer presentations as needed
  • Cultivate a broad understanding of practices and developments in the Tech, Regulatory, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries
  • The position may involve other duties appropriate to the role




  • Outstanding communication and writing skills
  • Strong email marketing expertise and experience with email marketing systems
  • Strong project management skills, including organizing, prioritizing and tracking all phases of a project
  • Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Google Analytics/similar web analysis tools; knowledge of and CMS a plus
  • Previous experience with SEO, web and social media marketing execution a plus

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Communications, healthcare, agency or technology-related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Marketing department role
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment a plus
