Join us in our Philadelphia office as a Marketing Operations Specialist.  The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for gathering and analyzing data,  reporting and summarizing the Company’s results and key marketing metrics.  In addition, will lead projects and the day to day activities supporting the information needs of the Marketing organization.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Work closely with MarComms and Product Marketing teams to ensure best practices for campaign management quality through QA process.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Market Development, and 3rd party telemarketing firms to automate reporting and tracking of lead follow up using SalesForce. 
  • Automate, collect and track monthly KPI dashboard reporting on lead activities, marketing productivity and other promotional executions.
  • Participate in analyzing KPIs and theorizing reasoning and/or determine course correction and enhancements
  • Vendor Selection & Management- Identify vendors/consultants to improve demand generation efforts; Remain current with marketing software tools, evaluating cost and potential productivity to bring into the marketing tech stack.
  • Ensure successful formal and informal sales force training for operations tools and information
  • Run and participate in marketing campaign de-brief meetings with appropriate stakeholders to collect feedback on leads and events 
  • Work with product marketing team in establishing lead nurturing programs aligned with the buyers journey
  • Participate in department-wide monthly management meetings, preparing reports and bringing focus to specific areas of interest
  • Market Segmentation reporting based on spec provided by research team
  • Manage strategy on marketing and sales database maintenance

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:

 

 

  • BS degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of marketing B2B experience
  • Clinical development industry experience highly desirable
  • Able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and from departments throughout the company. 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and generate creative and pragmatic solutions.
  • Inquisitive personality, someone who sees a data point and wants to understand everything that influences it.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM systems; SalesForce preferred 
  • Work within complex programs that involve data capture, online advertising, email marketing, marketing databases, requirements writing and channel and platform integrations
  • Multi-tasking and agility- Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully execute projects under a heavy workload and changing conditions is critical
  • Coordination with internal and external analytics teams to ensure client reporting requirements and facilitation
  • Knowledge of multiple marketing channel execution and best practices
  • Knowledge of the marketing automation industry landscape and the various platforms (Pardot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
