Due to internal growth inside the HR department, we are excited to open up a Sr. HR Generalist position to join the team. This person will provide consultative and tactical human resources practices in the areas of benefits, compensation and employee communications. Responsible for analyses of compensation programs in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's reward practices.
