    • Analyze, present, support and defend research conclusions and implications for strategy development. 
    • Discuss research needs with internal stakeholders and make recommendations on type of research
    • Create and launch surveys and questionnaires for voice of customer programs 
    • Work indpendently and as part of a team to develop research solutions
    • Assist in vendor management 
    • Monitor data collection to ensure study is progressing as planned/meeting timeline, and that quota groups/targets are being met 
    • Oversee data processing and tabulation activities, including but not limited to, data editing; recoding; weighting.


    • Bachelor’s degree in analytical or insights-focused fields such as economist, marketing, psychology, sociology, statistics, and similar business or liberal arts programs 
    • MBA preferred
    • 5-7 years’ of market research experience
    • Clinical development industry experience highly desirable
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ability to prioritize
    • Strong project management ability with good organizational skills
    • Ability to communicate through superior written and verbal skills
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Demonstrate initiative with strong mathematical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
    • Team player
