    This full-time opportunitiy in our ERT - Philadelphia location will mainly focus on Accounts Receivable and Collections.

    1. Timely issuance and distribution of invoices (mail and electronic)
    2. Assist in the process to set-up new projects in ERT’s ERP system
    3. Assist the collections team to answer customers’ invoicing related questions
    4. Reconcile budget to actual activity for customer/protocol activity
    5. Research client inquiries, respond and track resolutions
    6. Assist with monthly financial close.


    1. Prepare monthly adjustments and journal entries as needed
    2. Complete special projects as requested
    3. Assist with the documentation and testing of internal controls within the A/R function to comply with audit requirements

    1. Associates degree or equivalent experience
    2. Minimum 3 years related experience
    3. Good computer skills including Excel and accounting software packages
    4. Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate both verbally and through online/email methods)
    5. Excellent organizational skills
    6. Detail oriented, hardworking, and accurate
    7. Ability to work a sedentary job.

    The Department Head has the discretion to hire personnel with a combination of experience and education, which may vary from the above listed qualifications.
