    ERT seeks a Technical Supplies Associate to support and coordinate the internal & external transport of materials assigned to ship from and return to ERT offices and external depots.

    Responsibilities

    In this role, you will:

    1. Coordinate scheduling with production, warehouse and other departments as needed
    2. Create, monitor and process orders
    3. Create shipments of spares and supplies to be used in studies
    4. Assist in prioritizing coordination efforts to ensure efficiency and timelines of scheduling.
    5. Perform routine data entry and process related paperwork according to established guidelines
    6. Check compliance with the promised shipping/receiving dates and all needed documents
    7. Provide support to internal and external customers for all shipment related issues
    8. Communication with internal departments, external forwarders and customers in term of shipments and needed documentation
    9. Create, organize and process out and in-bound shipments globally
    10. Create, coordinate and monitor Shipping Orders through the Logistics of ERT.
    11. Compliance with all company and department policies and procedures and in the maintenance of the high standard of confidentiality with respect to clinical trials.
    12. Other projects and tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Our ideal candidate will have:

    1. Experience in a logistics, shipping or industrial working environment preferred
    2. Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and Google Apps (email, calendar)
    3. Good verbal and written English skills
    4. Excellent organizational skills
    5. Good ability to work in a team 
    6. Ability to work independently and effectively in areas of given responsibilities
    7. Flexible, self-starter and reliable
