    ERT seeks a Production Analyst in our Philadelphia office. This is a staff level position serving partially in a line capacity throughout the department, and partially in an analytical and coordination role in support of management of Logistics. The incumbent will respond to process and information queries and concerns from Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Business Systems and Quality Management. This position maintains and updates documentation and SOPs related to Logistics as needed. Partner with Product Management on new product offerings when appropriate.

    In this role, you will perform the following duties:

    1. Definition, coordination and support for the Bills of Material (BOMs) necessary to efficiently prepare and ship ERT’s hardware and accessories.
    2. Develop, update and document all Logistics processes and procedures, including physical processes, systems processes and other related SOPs and Work Instructions.
    3. Train staff as needed on new product processes and update site settings
    4. Work with other departments as needed to retrieve, report and analyze information from our ERP system and review metrics on our capacity and performance as needed.
    5. Work with product managers to get all necessary info need for Product required for new product introductions
    6. Create and Update LBL Specs for ProductCreate and update all Admin Ship to Addresses needed for orders
    7. Respond to ad hoc requests as well as responsible for various cyclical reported
    8. Other related duties and projects as assigned.

    Our ideal candidate will offer:

    1. BS, BA or equivalent experience strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing or logistics/shipping/receiving environment.
    2. Familiarity with ERP systems and tools, especially Oracle EBS, is important
    3. Concise and detailed writing skills required; strong verbal communication skills internally and externally is needed
    4. Must be highly organized and meticulous with regard to documentation and procedures
    5. Ability to share information across different employee groups and with management
