    ERT - Philadelphia is now hiring for a Senior Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and supporting promotional programs across a variety of channels (including traditional, web-based, and digital communications), assisting with industry and ERT-produced events; producing sales support materials for existing services and new launches.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Develop and execute marketing communications programs in support of marketing objectives; identify optimal channels and appropriate media to achieve/exceed goals.
    2. Create collateral, including brochures, videos, infographics, white papers and eBooks; develop presentations; execute multi-channel promotional campaigns; and coordinate creative development. Write/Edit copy as part of this process; provide guidance to creative resources and coordinate all aspects of each project; map out budgets and timelines.
    3. Analyze and report on campaign results and ROI; apply learnings to ensure continual improvements.
    4. Update current corporate website with regular postings related to ERT news and events, case studies and videos, and other marketing content and programs.
    5. Compile/Manage graphic files as needed; maintain creative libraries and various document repositories.
    6. Maintain strong and effective relationships with vendor partners. Coordinate project details, production timelines, cost estimates and final deliverables.

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Perform desktop publishing duties such as updating/creating marketing flyers, brochures, emails, digital ads, etc.
    2. Assist with gathering and maintaining a database of customer testimonials and related collateral.
    3. Cultivate a broad understanding of practices and developments in the Tech, Regulatory, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare industries.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:

    Education:

    1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Communications

    Experience:

    1. 5 years’ of B2B marketing communications experience, ideally in healthcare, agency, or technology-related field
    2. Experience working in life sciences a plus
    3. Outstanding communication and writing skills
    4. Strong email marketing expertise and experience with email marketing/marketing automation systems
    5. Excellent project management skills, including organizing, prioritizing, and tracking all phases of a project
    6. Previous experience with SEO, web, and social media marketing execution
    7. Excellent Word and PowerPoint; proficient in Excel and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Google Analytics/similar web analysis tools; knowledge of Salesforce.com and CMS/Word Press a plus
    8. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    9. Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and a problem-solver by nature
    10. Self-directed; able to work independently and operate under pressure
    11. Strong time management skills; can handle numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
    12. A team player capable of working effectively with individuals throughout the organization
    13. A flexible attitude; adaptive to a changing array of priorities
    14. Proactive, creative individual who can generate ideas and transform them into practical solutions
    15. Able to work in a matrix environment; values the importance of teamwork
