    Are you looking for a summer internship where your work will make a difference?

     

    ERT needs a Project Management Intern to join us full-time throughout the summer, supporting the PM team in our Pittsburgh Office. You will have the opportunity to learn about and support basic Project Management practices and perform tasks that support clinical trials.  This is a paid internship and your work schedule would be Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

    Responsibilities

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    1. Shadow Project Management staff and perform designated tasks in support of study set-up, monitoring, and closeout.
    2. Assist with documentation management for paper and electronic study files.
    3. Assist with meeting preparation, including report generation/review.
    4. Perform study archiving activities.
    5. Provide administrative support to Project Managers.
    6. Perform other duties, assignments or special projects as needed.

    Qualifications

    1. Pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (business, project management, life sciences, etc.).
    2. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    3. Exceptional computer skills (MS office suite are minimum level required; familiarity with other systems, especially databases, would be very helpful). Ability to learn new systems is required.
    4. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
