    Join ERT as Manager, Education & Training (ETD) and manage the eCOA ETD trainer team and client user training programs.

    In this role you will

    1. Develop and oversee a comprehensive training program for ERT’s eCOA clients.
    2. Manage the global eCOA Trainer team to meet department goals and objectives.
    3. Lead the development and delivery of multi-modality instructor-led training events.
    4. Participate in department budget development and implementation.
    5. Work with the Sales team to promote Training Services. Participate in on- and off-site presentations, demonstrations and training.
    6. Collaborate with Project Management and Operations to schedule and deliver worldwide training events.
    7. Develop and maintain departmental processes compliant with QA.
    8. Assist other ERT teams in answering queries about training, training records and reporting, etc.
    9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Our ideal candidate will offer

    1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required.
    2. 5 years proven leadership skills and an ability to collaborate and organize a team.
    3. 3-4 years of ERT Education & Training or equivalent industry (pharma or related) experience with proven training expertise and excellence; 1+year at the Sr Trainer level with proven experience in delivering training services to globally diverse groups.
    4. Understanding of metric management, SOP development, systems implementation and multi-site management.
    5. Demonstrate excellence in problem solving skills as well as in creating clear, usable written, visual, and verbal communication with both trainee and management staff.
    6. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process
    7. Experience with interacting and coordinating with remote teams a plus
    8. Time-management skills; experience with planning and coordinating work to meet project goals, and able to work independently.
    9. In-depth knowledge of or the ability to learn ERT equipment, systems, or processes as they apply to training topics.
    10. Competent with office- and training-related software, with the aptitude to gain working knowledge of ERT training applications and training tools.
    11. Must be willing to travel approximately 10% as needed for the roles and responsibilities.
