    Join ERT as Manager, Education & Training and manage the ETD Team and Client User training programs as they relate to devices and systems utilized by ERT clients.

    In this role you will

    1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program for ERT’s external users.
    2. Manage the Education & Training team.
    3. Support the evaluation and implementation of new/revised data systems, technologies, and methods as they pertain to ERT external users.
    4. Meet department goals and objectives.
    5. Participate in department budget development and implementation.
    6. Work with the Sales team to promote Training Services. Participate in on and off site presentations, demonstrations, tours and training.
    7. Promote inter-departmental collaborations with Business Development, Contracts & Proposals, and Project Assurance to promote customer satisfaction and efficient use or resources to meet contract deadlines.
    8. Work with Project Management and Support to organically develop the capabilities of all clinical sites throughout the course of a trial’s life-cycle focusing on any challenging sites that come up to ensure optimal customer satisfaction levels.
    9. Provide oversight of document quality process, adhering to Quality Assurance processes and requirements for all projects, especially CRD documentation.
    10. Assist in project scope and change control processes.
    11. Assist in coordination of continuous process improvement, including work flow efficiencies and associated documentation. Author SOPs and Work Instructions related to departmental deliverables.
    12. Assist other ERT teams in answering or escalating queries about training, the LMS, training records and reporting, etc.
    13. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Our ideal candidate will offer

    1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required.
    2. 5 years proven leadership skills and an ability to collaborate and organize a team to effectively accommodate internal and external client needs and deadlines.
    3. 3-4 years of ERT Education & Training or equivalent experience with proven training expertise and excellence. 
    4. 1+year at the Sr Trainer level with proven experience in delivering training services to globally diverse groups.
    5. Understanding of metric management, SOP development, systems implementation and multi-site management.
    6. Demonstrate excellence in problem solving skills as well as in creating clear, usable written, visual, and verbal communication with both trainee and management staff.
    7. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process, ECG endpoints, and CPMP guidelines.
    8. Experience with interacting and coordinating with remote teams a plus
    9. Time-management skills and be an independent worker.
    10. Experience with planning and coordinating work to meet project goals.
    11. In-depth knowledge of ERT equipment, systems, or processes as they apply to training topics.
    12. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Services, Learning Management Systems. Working knowledge of ERT training applications and training tools.
    13. Must be willing to travel approximately 10% as needed for the roles and responsibilities.
