    ERT - Rochester is looking for a full-time Accounting Associate who will be primarilly responsible for project and account reconciliations, as well as analyzing balance sheets and contracts.

    1. Prepare journal entries as directed
    2. Assist with cash application
    3. Assist with the accounts payable function to include entering invoices, filing and processing payments
    4. Reconcile financial balance sheet accounts as assigned
    5. Research customer/vendor (internal and external) inquiries, respond and track resolutions
    6. Assist with monthly financial close reporting
    7. Assist with month end close process
    8. Review and research discrepancies of payments/billing issues.


    1. Complete special projects as requested
    2. Assist with the documentation to comply with audit requirements

    1. Associates degree or equivalent experience
    2. Minimum 3 years accounting experience

    3. Must be able to prioritize schedules, work independently and follow instructions

    4. Ability to multi-task

    5. Good computer skills including Excel and Oracle

    6. Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate both verbally and through online/email methods)

    7. Excellent organizational and time management skills

    8. Detail oriented, hardworking, and accurate
