    ERT - St. Louis is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Associate. In this role you will be working on the billing process. You will work closely with Accounts Payable and other team members.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Process and maintain daily cash records
    2. Performing data entry and maintenance of contract budgets in billing system
    3. Customer account set-up based on contract and budget review
    4. Timely issuance and distribution of invoices (mail and electronic)
    1. Ensure accuracy of billings in comparison to underlying contracts
    1. Coordination of pass-through expense back-up to client and other ERT locations
    1. Update and analyze study reconciliations to identify unexpected results
    1. Analyzing and monitoring the accounts receivable aging
    2. Ivestigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
    3. Interacting with clients and internal personnel on invoice related issues
    4. Responding to client inquires in a timely manner

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    1. Other related projects as assigned.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:

     

    1. 2-4  years of related experience in AR operations
    2. Strong organization and communication skills
    3. Proficiency in Excel
    4. Professional demeanor
