    Join us as a Project Coordinator with our Digital Patient team where you will be responsible for assisting Project Management personnel with various tasks throughout the study lifecycle.

    In this role, you will:

    1. Assist with the Planning and Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout Phases of study management (e.g., database setup, documentation, tracking, reports, etc.)
    2. Coordinate Project Assurance meetings and assist with compiling meeting minutes and action items.
    3. Support financial components of study management
    4. Facilitate issue management by documenting and tracking progress to ensure timely resolution to customer escalations.
    5. Ensure compliance with timely training completion/documentation.
    6. Respond to customer inquiries and participate in customer calls/meeting upon Project Manager’s request.
    7. Take the lead in managing various aspects of a project as requested.
    8. Other related projects and tasks as assigned.

    Qualified candidates will have:

    1. Education Minimum:  BS, BA or equivalent 

    2. At least 1-3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, CRO or related industry very helpful

    3. Knowledge of the drug development process.

    4. Good organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills

    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English

    6. Detail oriented and responsive to inquiries and requests

    7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
