    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Analyze projects or potential projects within one or more focus areas (ex: backlog/revenue, funnel/bookings, COGS, timelines/deliverables, etc) to ensure ultimate success in delivery and profitability is realized across all operational areas.
    1. Serve as subject matter expert for one or more focus areas to provide support for various Operations team members and leadership.
    1. Provide proactive training, support and monitoring of focus area content to Imaging team members and/or those covering/participating from other service lines or areas of business. Based on focus area, these efforts include:
    2. Executing sufficient training/retraining ensuring proper documentation
    3. Reviewing systems and the use of those systems to ensure consistent use and high quality/timely results.
    4. Monitor details and process of financial components of each study to include: Budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope changes, invoice reconciliation, backlog monitoring
    5. Working with and across operational teams to ensure efficient, effective, timely delivery of study deliverables
    6. Defining, collecting, monitoring & reporting metrics to communicate comprehensive status to operational teams and/or leadership
    7. Leading regular status meeting with key stakeholders for communication, education and/or commitment management.
    1. Independently lead initiatives to improve process and/or methodology supporting the Planning & Setup, Monitoring, and/or Closeout stages of study delivery, to include those with multiple product lines or imaging modalities, in areas such as:
    2. Seamless handoffs from the sales process including assuredness of Work Order (WO) and Change Order (CO) accuracy and execution reliability
    3. Delivery timeline efficiencies and adherence.
    4. Support of sales feedback/response of ‘next available’ delivery
    5. Accurate and efficient study level budgeting, forecasting, and/or client billing
    1. Identify indicators for future revenue opportunities
    1. Must have the ability to take a hands-on approach to using the Company software applications such as the CRM (SalesForce) and other tools
    1. Identify potential opportunities and risks across studies/projects and begin mitigations or other actions to realize success. Inform and escalate as appropriate 
    1. Facilitate dialogue and negotiations and promote collaboration across various departments and disciplines to foster a positive team environment, effective communications, and efficient use of resources to meet contractual obligations and needs within the PL.
    1. Participate in operational readiness of new product initiatives and drive process and/or method changes as appropriate.

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Read, comprehend, summarize and explain various study documents (Client contracts, Budget, workflow diagrams, etc,.) to understand and communicate as needed.
    2. Collaborate with Business Development and/or Operations as needed and participate in sales initiatives to generate incremental revenue.
    3. Experience working directly with senior management
    4. Ability to handle multiple priorities
    5. Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills a must, with extreme attention to detail, accuracy, accountability and confidentiality.
    6. Energy and passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
    7. Other related assignments, projects and tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:

    1. Bachelor Degree and/or proven demonstrated skills or experience within the industry, including expertise in focus area, primary service line and/or support of studies in multiple service lines. Extensive experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
    2. Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in project management, project leadership and/or focus area experience with additional experience in the workflows within one or more of: clinical trial management, software project management, healthcare management/operations, pre-clinical research, radiologic or a related science.
    3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills. Demonstrate and strive to serve as a role model for ERT behaviors: Collaborate, Adaptive, Proactive and Accountable.
    4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English.
    5. Must be computer literate with application knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, workflow diagram, database querying, e-mail and electronic calendar.
    6. Detail oriented and demonstrated responsiveness to inquiries and requests.
    7. Understanding of risk management and the ability to identify potential problems, escalate and assist in resolution as needed.
    8. Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably within pharmaceutical, medical device or medical imaging.
    9. Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong ability to collaborate in English with teams of research scientists, bioinformaticians, software developers, and external collaborators. Will have frequent interaction with clients, suppliers, management and staff including the requirement to present study workflows and/or processes.
    10. Must have a valid passport and the ability to travel approximately 20%.

    The Department Head has the discretion to hire personnel with a combination of experience and education, which may vary from the above listed qualifications.
