    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Deliver superior customer service by providing best business practices and support in using ERT’s products for the duration of client’s clinical trials
    2. Work and collaborate with project team/s of diverse talents (Project Manager, Software Engineer, Database Engineer, Archive team, etc) in development and delivery of ERT products to help clinical research industry obtain high quality data.
    3. When requested, pro-actively manage lifecycle of issues from being reported by customer to its resolution by the support and development teams.
    4. Record, analyze and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics and sponsor/compound level issues.
    5. Analyze business processes and identify potential process improvements.
    6. Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights and trends to decision-makers. Perform gap analysis and feasibility analysis.
    7. Support Relationship Managers in the development of documentation, trend analysis and industry business intelligence to support Governance and Operational meetings.
    8. When required, meet with clients to provide monitoring updates, track on going issues and communicate project status.
    9. Meet regularly with manager and Relationship Managers to discuss workload, communicate project issues and address individual development.
    10. Critically evaluate requirements gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level requirements into details, abstract up from low-level requirements to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Must have a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into technical system requirements.
    11. Author detailed System Requirements Specifications used for envisioning the development effort of system enhancement.

    Other Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Provide ongoing support of projects/releases with assistance to operational acceptance/readiness and training needs
    2. Adhere to Relationship Management and assigned Project Management SOPs and SWIs.
    3. Adhere to ERT Quality Assurance procedures
    4. Meeting Minutes
    5. Other related duties and projects as assigned

    1. BS, BA or equivalent preferred
    2. Good organizational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
    3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English
    4. Willingness to adopt new systems and adhere to established business practices
    5. Knowledge and comfort in using all applications included in the Microsoft Office Product Suite
    6. Detail oriented
