  • Overview

    ERT seeks a Manager, Supply Chain, to oversee the Supply Chain department and ensure that the related activities are being completed accurately and efficiently. Monitor the department’s activities to ensure departmental and yearly goals are being attained. Direct department staffing and employee development. Monitor metrics and goals and be an active participant in determining these objectives. Coordinate the end to end Supply Chain activities in the US Supply Chain hub. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates.

    In this role, you will

    1. Assume responsibility for all ERT production, shipping and handling in the Americas, including freight management of equipment, supplies, materials, reports, data, logistics, supply chain projects and general communications that are couriered between ERT and our partners.
    2. Create, develop, incorporate and integrate needed processes and technology that will increase departmental accuracy, efficiency and production.
    3. Organize and structure departmental staff for optimum Supply Chain. Ensure the department is adequately staffed and trained in order to maintain continuous workflow. Create and organize departmental organizational schemes and hierarchy. Develop a Logistics training program in conjunction with the ERT Regulatory Department.
    4. Responsible for all systems needed to plan, set up and supervise the Production and Planning Team.
    5. Train and evaluate employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. 
    6. Establish and prepare product construction directions and locations, and information on required tools, materials, and equipment, numbers of workers needed, and cost projections (plus report and document workflow updates and changes).
    7. Work with Ops and ERT's Regulatory compliance teams to ensure departmental adherence to ERT SOPs. Create new SOP’s and update active SOPs to assure that they accurately reflect current operating procedures.
    8. Manage the Logistics Administration and Warehouse Department to provide initial and ongoing inventory and general support of ERT sites
    9. Promote continuous education and career paths for Logistics staff. Conduct timely, quality evaluations for direct reports and insure all other Logistics staff evaluations are completed in the same manner. Conduct regular team meetings to analyze yearly goals and objectives. Ensure proactive resolution to employee issues.

    Our ideal candidate will offer:

    1. Bachelor's or higher in a related field of study (or equivalent level of work experience to attain the level of Professional in Supply Chain)
    2. Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing/Supply Chain Environment
    3. Experience in ERP Systems
    4. Experience in Master Production Schedule (MPS) Planning
    5. Experience in Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
    6. Experience in Logistics
    7. Proven Leadership/Management skills
    8. Leadership skills leading a production and Supply Chain department
    9. Very Strong communication and influencing capabilities
    10. Good oral and written communication skills
    11. Good organizational skills 
    12. MS Office proficiency
