    ERT seeks an Operational Supply Chain Rep to provide ongoing support in the operational areas of equipment handling, equipment maintenance and inventory management with technical devices. To maintain equipment, arrange equipment recalls, and provide supplies of material to sites. To manage document storage and retrieval of archive material.

    Responsibilities

    In this role, you will handle the following duties and responsibilities:

     

    1. Technical Device Handling – Ensure a basic understanding of handling technical devices. Prudently interaction with medical devices in several business lines.
      1. Adjust and maintain electronical devices.
      2. Provisioning of devices, used in clinical trials.
    2. Equipment Maintenance – Ensure all equipment assets are in working order and are prepared for study use. Monitor the equipment area by retaining equipment that is in need of testing and releasing functional equipment into ERT stock.
      1. Record incoming equipment serial numbers and other details.
      2. Perform cleaning, testing and maintenance of returned equipment.
      3. Ensure that all equipment batteries are recharged and prepare all required documentation for internal and external uses.
    3. Inventory – Ensure Logistics inventory areas are stocked and organized.
      1. Maintain inventory levels to ensure correct levels of supplies are available.
      2. Ensure all supplies are stored in the proper conditions, in the correct location and in a tidy manner.
    4. Data Entry – Complete the input of Logistics equipment and supply inventory related movements along with other associated tracking data.
      1. Undertake data entry as defined by daily work patterns. This will include: Inventory Systems, Courier Systems, Support Magic Incidents and any others as defined by management.
      2. Complete any database investigations as required.
      3. Review tracking details for shipments and report any problems or delays to the appropriate person and/or department.
    5. IT Comprehension – Operating in IT systems on a daily basis.
      1. Perform bookings and orders in the appropriate ERP System.
      2. Run reports and prepare analyses for the upper management by using Microsoft Office.
    6. Cross Training for other duties when applicable
    7. Metrics – Responsible for accurate entry of metrics on a daily basis.

    Qualifications

    Our ideal candidate will offer: 

    1. A two year degree desired in the US or at least 1 year work experience in a technical equipment maintenance setting. A logistics background is preferable.
    2. Good organizational and communication skills.
    3. Must be accurate with attention to detail.
    4. Good presentation skills and professional approach.
    5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience of working with databases.
    6. Flexible, dependable and the ability to manage workload within client deadlines.
    7. Ability to lift and pack equipment weighing up to 50lb or 20kgs.
    8. Ability to travel if required.
