    Like to travel and to share your Respiratory services knowledge? Join us as a Temporary/Intermittent Trainer, Education & Training in our Education & Training department and provide, track and document in-person, hands-on and remote training for our Respiratory Services product line to our study site and CRO clients. 


    This is an "as-needed" position so hours and schedule vary, depending on business needs.

    In this role, you will:


    1. Create and deliver Respiratory Services (RS) product and study-specific training presentations to sites, CROs and sponsor personnel.
    2. Conduct hands-on RT-related training for sites, CROs and sponsor personnel.
    3. Work closely with project team and sponsor to develop training delivery strategies specific to study scope and complexity.
    4. Work with RT product management and other internal groups to learn new products and processes.
    5. Work with support team to resolve help desk escalations.
    6. Evaluate work flow in other departments for needed updates to ETD templates to keep training information up to date.
    7. Maintain knowledge of current product releases.
    8. Develop training for new products and services, as applicable.
    9. Develop new training mechanisms, services and materials to expand training offerings.
    10. Leverage experience to serve as a subject matter expert for internal support.
    11. Mentor other instructors:
      1. To improve documentation quality and job knowledge
      2. To create new training methods and/or activities to meet client requests
    12. Attend weekly project calls to discuss training needs, site level issues specific to knowledge and training, when needed.
    13. Other duties as assigned by management.

    Our ideal candidate will provide:

    1. BA/BS degree required. Degree in education, business or science related subject preferred.
    2. 3-5 years’ experience delivering technical training. 
    3. 3-5 years’ experience in public speaking.
    4. Credentialed, Respiratory Care Practioner, with RCPT specialty, and valid state license (or equivalent) preferred, but not required. Experience in the area considered in balance.
    5. Knowledge of clinical trials and/or other regulated industry preferred.
    6. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
    7. Must be flexible and focused on customer satisfaction.
    8. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
    9. Ability to travel up to 75% domestic and international. A valid passport or ability to acquire same is required.
    10. Multi-lingual preferred.
