    ERT is seeking a Program Manager to take responsibility for directing and providing operational oversight of the project activities within a Service Line for assigned clients, to assure high quality, on-time, and on-budget services whilst promoting excellent customer service.

    In this role you will

    1. Act as a Service Line subject matter expert to provide support and guidance for Project Management team members, educate customers, and drive synergies across assigned clients’ projects
    2. Ensure consistency of delivery across programs of work by setting up standards, sharing lessons learned, and communicating client/program specific requirements to internal teams allocated to the programs
    3. Member of Oversight/Operations Committees for assigned clients
    4. Organise or contribute to regular face to face and remote liaison with assigned clients and ERT internal teams to review and discuss the following: risks, study status, opportunities for newly awarded projects, improved delivery, increased profitability, quality and client satisfaction
    5. Assist with improving customer service by understanding the assigned client needs and working to achieve overall assigned client goals
    6. Ensure ERT is addressing any project or program issues for assigned clients and effectively ensuring resolution in a timely manner
    7. Independently lead the Planning and Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout phases of study management which includes:
      1. Gathering customer requirements and relaying to internal teams
      2. Developing study documentation
      3. Distributing/tracking equipment
      4. Creating/distributing reports
      5. Archiving study data and documentation
    8. Appropriate setting and fulfilling of customer expectations
    9. Monitor study timelines and manage the financial components of each program/study, which includes:
      1. Budget reviews
      2. Revenue forecasting
      3. Scope changes
      4. Invoice reconciliation
    10. Identify potential study risks and mitigations, and escalate as appropriate.
    11. Manage internal/external negotiations and promote collaboration to foster a positive team environment, effective communications, and efficient use of resources to meet study timelines and contractual obligations.
    12. Develop and apply problem solving strategies to address customer issues and maintain issue tracking documentation to monitor progress and ensure timely resolution to customer escalations.
    13. Provide primary Service Line support to cross-trained team members from other Service Lines.
    14. Influence strategic decision making and implement departmental objectives according to schedule.
    15. Ensure compliance with timely training completion/documentation.
    16. Present study services at Investigator Meetings or site initiation meetings as needed.
    17. Attend client meetings with Business Development and/or Operational teams to present Company services and Operational Data flow, as needed and participate in sales initiatives to generate incremental revenue.
    18. Assist with developing training plans and training new members of the Project Management team.

    Our ideal candidate will offer:



    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent


    • 10 years project management experience, including 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field (or related industry experience),
    • Knowledge of the drug development process
    • Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the customer and provide solutions and recommendations that effectively display results
    • Demonstration of leadership skills and interpersonal skills necessary to maintain positive relationship with clients and internal teams
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products
    • Detail oriented and demonstrated responsiveness to inquiries and requests
    • Valid passport and ability to travel approximately 20%
