    ERT - Pittsburgh is hiring a Sales Operations Intern who will assist with the Proposal Management, Pricing, and Solutions teams with projects as needed to support the Commercial organization. This position will provide support through independent and team projects.

    1. Assists with data gathering and metric reporting for Proposal Operations teams.
    2. Using a proposal management system and content database, prepares draft proposal documents and responses to requests for information.
    3. Completes budget creation as needed.
    4. Maintains data integrity and consistency, including product entry and file uploads to CRM tool.
    5. Assists with pricing tool testing as part of the development life cycle, as needed.


    1. Participates in departmental meetings.
    2. Interacts with Business Development, Project Management, and Sales Associates in order to complete new project and Change Order estimates and budgets.
    3. Performs other duties, assignments, or special projects as needed.

    • Must have strong attention to detail with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional computer skills (MS office suite minimum).
    • Exceptional organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication with the ability to work as a part of a team as well as individual contributor.


    • Pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a closely related field is strongly preferred. However, any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered. 


    • Experience in fast-paced environment with an ability to work independently and cross-functionally as needed is considered a plus.
