Archive Coordinator

ERT is looking to hire an Archive Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling documents and data files from each of ePRO clinical trials into a complete study archive and delivering each study archive to clients. Our clients are pharmaceutical and biotech companies that sponsor clinical trials and sites that participate in the trials.

  1. Work with Archive Team, Client Services, Technical Operations and others as needed to complete the document set for each clinical trial archive:
    1. Locate and organize trial documents
    2. Request completion of missing or incomplete documents
    3. Verify approved document versions and signatures
    4. Obtain missing signatures as needed
    5. Review documents and data for completeness
    6. Take ownership for and follow up to closure on all document action items.
  2. Complete Archive Production tasks:
    1. Burn CDs for sponsor and site archives
    2. Packaging and shipping

  1. BS, BA or equivalent preferred but not required.
  2. A commitment to meet deadlines with a keen focus on details.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Ability to coordinate deliverables from both local and remote offices.
  5. Comfortable using computers for day to day operations and ability to quickly learn and use sophisticated computer programs.
  6. Word processing and spreadsheet software experience (Adobe Acrobat a plus).
  7. Healthcare and/or medical experience, preferred.
  8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with minimal supervision.
  9. Good verbal and written communication skills.
